The ON-COME project aims to transform the psychosocial and nutritional care provided to pediatric cancer patients, focusing on children, adolescents, and young adults (0-24 years) undergoing treatment for central nervous system tumors and leukemia. These patients and their families often face significant psychosocial and neuropsychological challenges, which are exacerbated by gaps in supportive services across Europe. ON-COME seeks to close these gaps by developing a unified service system that standardizes best practices in psychosocial and nutritional care, ensures equitable access to high-quality services, and integrates digital innovations for more personalized patient care.
