\nDuring the dates 24th and 25th April 2019, the second edition of the 5G-Forum<\/a> was held in Malaga, 5G-Forum is the reference event in Spain on 5G technologies, which will analyze the revolution that is producing these new technologies in the fields such as mobile telephony, security, medicine, mobility, entertainment, television and internet.<\/p>\n

5G-Forum <\/a> of this edition focused mainly on the following topics: 5G Deployment, Smart Cities, Connected Automobiles, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and research in universities.<\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9 Manuel Men\u00e9ndez from UPM presenting the H2020 Project 5G-Media<\/p><\/div>\n

Jos\u00e9 Manuel Men\u00e9ndez, Professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and director of the Visual Telecommunications Application Group (GATV), presented the 5G-Media<\/a> project in a session that described some of the leading international research projects where universities play a fundamental role. In the words of Men\u00e9ndez: \u00abFrom 5G-MEDIA we are going to give tools to the developer of media applications that allow to execute the work in a simple way\u00bb.<\/p>\n
